The company reserves the right to restrict a user's access to the platform if a violation of these terms is detected, including unauthorized distribution of materials, unethical behavior towards other users, or actions that impede the platform's operation. The user may cease using the service at any time based on a written request. In the event of termination, fees for already paid modules are non-refundable if the materials have been fully provided.
Auriga Development Group reserves the right to update these terms in accordance with the development of training programs or changes in regulatory requirements. The updated version is published on this page and takes effect from the moment of publication. The user is obliged to periodically review the current version. In the event of significant changes, the company will notify users by email.
