How our approach affects operational management

Results visible in budgets and processes

Focus on practical results, not theory

Each course is built on real management scenarios: OPEX reduction, CAPEX planning, and CRM/ERP integration. Participants work with data from their own facilities and return with a concrete plan.

Definitions and Terms

Before you register for the course, please review the definitions and terms below, which define the scope and expected outcomes of the training programs.

What the training program covers

The courses focus on the practical aspects of operations management and budget planning — structuring CAPEX/OPEX, optimizing operational costs, and working with government inspections. The theoretical material is based on real cases in commercial real estate management.

Who it is intended for

The program is designed for managers responsible for facility operations, contractor KPIs, and the implementation of CRM/ERP systems. Participants do not need prior financial education, but a basic understanding of operational processes is recommended.

What the course does not cover

The program does not address real estate purchase and sale transactions, investment proposals, or guarantees of financial profit. The focus is solely on improving management processes and cost control mechanisms.

Participation terms

Training is conducted in the format of group sessions and practical exercises. Access to materials is granted after registration is confirmed. Attendance at lessons is required to receive a certificate.

Limitation of liability

The course materials serve as a general guide and do not replace legal or financial consultation for a specific facility. Participants are responsible for adapting the knowledge gained to the context of their own organization.

Capabilities for Managers
